2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change without prior notice until payment is received in full.
Payment terms and deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received within the specified period.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to dat-tourism@outlook.com.
Cancellation fees depend on the policies of third-party service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s terms and may take up to 30 working days.
Some bookings may be fully or partially non-refundable depending on the service conditions.

4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid and up to date.
Dar Alahram Tourism is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or other travel disruptions caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost baggage.
Dar Alahram Tourism shall not be held liable for costs or losses resulting from a lack of insurance coverage.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Dar Alahram Tourism acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators).
We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused by third-party actions or circumstances beyond our control (including flight delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or government actions).
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected service.

7. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to alter or cancel itineraries when required for operational, safety, or unforeseen reasons.
Whenever possible, we will offer suitable alternatives or refunds in accordance with supplier policies.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior.
